The Crime Bosses of the Cancer World - Part 2
These are the sleeper cells lurking in the shadows

These are the crime bosses of the cancer world
A few weeks ago I wrote on the topic - What is Cancer? - Part 1 - Today I want to continue that with a Part 2.
In Part 1, I shared about how the body is like a city and how when the normal flow of daily life is disrupted, just like with a city - chaos can take place. In this case - cancer can take place.
But there’s something most people don’t realize with typical cancer treatments - Not all rebels are caught in the ‘bombing’. Some learn how to hide. Some stop moving, stop growing, stop drawing attention — waiting quietly beneath the rubble for the city to rebuild just enough for them to return. And those are the most dangerous rebels of all.
Warburg War Strategy - Cell City — Part II
So we have this city - cell city - in absolute anarchy. Everyone knows its chaos and something must be done before everyone dies from the civil war. The temptation in modern medical warfare is to drop bombs on the city - but the problem is everyone could die.
This is part 2 in my attempt to describe how cancer and cancer treatment work in the body (the city).
The Rebels Who Learned How to Hide
In Cell City — Part I, we saw what happens when a city descends into chaos and rebellion takes hold. When order collapses, many often respond with force. Bombs are dropped. Entire neighborhoods and potentially the whole city can be wiped out in an effort to stop the uprising.
Sometimes that works. Many times it doesn’t.
But either way - it leaves an unanswered question:
Why does the rebellion so often return? Why does cancer often seem to come back ‘with a-vengeance?’
⸻
The Rebels Who Survive the Bombs
After the bombing, the streets look quiet. The body may show signs of life but often hair is falling out, skin is hanging on for dear life and muscle mass and healthy fat are a distant memory.
The loud rebels are gone.
The reckless builders are destroyed.
The visible threats have been eliminated.
Scans of the city show “no activity.”
But beneath the streets, in tunnels and forgotten basements, a few figures remain. Sleeper cells just hiding… and waiting.
They don’t build.
They don’t expand.
They don’t draw attention.
They’ve learned the most dangerous survival skill of all: Patience
How to wait.
These rebels shut off the lights.
They stop moving.
They disconnect from the city’s main systems.
They blend into the rubble and remain invisible.
They aren’t the foot soldiers of the rebellion.
They’re the planners — the ones who know how to outlast a war.
In biology, these are often compared to cancer stem cells: not mystical, not magical, just exceptionally patient and calculated.
⸻
A City Running on the Wrong Fuel
Long before the bombs fell, these rebels discovered a shortcut.
Healthy citizens power the city through efficient systems:
oxygen, structure, proper waste removal, and long-term sustainable energy production.
The rebels found something else.
They learned to survive on cheap, fast fuel — energy that works even in broken neighborhoods where oxygen is scarce and infrastructure is failing.
Sugar.
As long as sugar keeps flowing freely through the city, the rebels can remain underground indefinitely:
• no movement
• no exposure
• no detection
They don’t need order.
They only need fuel.
Chaos feeds them.
⸻
Why Bombing Misses the Planners
Bombs destroy activity.
They don’t destroy potential.
When the city is bombed:
• infrastructure collapses
• communication goes dark
• police stations are damaged (T-killer and NK cells)
• healthy citizens hide or perish (Immune system in general)
The visible rebels are gone, but the city is weaker than before.
And in that weakness, the planners - the sleeper cells - wait.
When rebuilding begins — when food returns, energy rises, and life resumes — they re-emerge, sending new rebels - en masse - into the streets.
This is not failure of intent.
It’s failure of strategy.
⸻
A Quieter, More Dangerous Move
Now imagine the city chooses a different response.
No bombs.
No sirens.
No destruction.
Instead, the city quietly changes the environment.
The illegal fuel supply dries up.
The sugar trucks stop coming.
The garbage clean up doubles its capacity to remove all the debris and waste for a time.
Suddenly, the underground rebels face a choice:
Stay hidden and starve
or
Come above ground - expose themselves - and reconnect to the city’s real power grid
To survive, they must move.
To move, they must become visible.
To become visible, they must expose themselves.
This is the idea behind metabolic approaches often discussed around cancer — not as a cure, not as a weapon of mass destruction, but as a tactical strategy.
Not killing everyone, but instead -
Forcing the sleeper cells out of hiding.
⸻
Why Visibility Changes Everything
A healthy police force doesn’t hunt randomly.
It notices difference.
In rubble, everything looks suspicious.
In chaos, nothing stands out.
But in a functioning city:
• streets are lit
• traffic flows
• systems are regulated
• citizens follow shared rules
….BAD GUYS STAND OUT
Anything that doesn’t belong becomes obvious.
The immune system works the same way.
It doesn’t fail because it’s weak.
It fails because the environment is too damaged to distinguish friend from foe.
Order restores recognition! (This is incentive to have a healthy immune system and the reason many have see this correlation with autoimmune diseases - It is a matter of confusion of the system!)
Once the sleeper cells come out of hiding and are exposed - then various therapies have so much more impact - Lifestyle changes, Low Dose Chemotherapy, Immunotherapy, and all the immune boosting protocols possible like High Dose IV Vitamin C, Coffee enemas, Herbs and Medications to lower inflammation and boost T/NK Cell activity and anything that leads to apoptosis and autophagy. Here’s more on the Warburg effect.
⸻
Healing Is Restoration, Not Just War
This is not an argument against medicine.
And it is not a claim that food, fasting, remedies or lifestyle alone cures disease.
It’s a reframing of the battlefield.
Bombs can remove most threats.
They cannot rebuild a city. They more often than not DO NOT KILL Sleeper Cells - the masterminds behind the chaos.
Restoration looks different:
• restoring clean energy
• rebuilding infrastructure
• strengthening communication
• allowing rest and repair
• reducing chronic stress
• reestablishing rhythm and order
Rebellion doesn’t thrive there.
⸻
The Question That Actually Matters
So the real question isn’t only:
“How do we kill cancer?”
It’s:
“How do we restore Cell City so fully that hiding is no longer possible?”
Because cancer doesn’t flourish in light.
It flourishes in shadows. It flourishes in chaos.
And healing — real healing — is not just destruction.
It’s order returning.
It’s life on the streets again.
It’s a city strong enough that rebellion has nowhere left to hide.
