Here’s why:

I’ve spent the last two decades learning about what makes the human body work best. I’ve tried a lot, some things out of curiosity, but mostly out of necessity. After a doctor told me he thought I had leprosy, my life forever changed. I’ve studied the longest-living people - why they are so happy, what their health habits are like, and what the science says about why it’s working. I’m going to share with you not just what I have learned, but only what I have applied and currently practice in my life.

I’m very passionate about health and wellness and believe that we are our happiest when we are experiencing optimal health.
