Bring on the Pain – Week 1

Hello nerds and Nerdettes!

As stated before, I am going to be on a path to awesomeness. This post is all the measurements and photos for Week 1. I will be posting weekly weight loss results with monthly photo and measurement results. The goal here is to keep myself accountable for my actions. With all of this in the works, it will help me report my results to you fine people and keep a log of my progress. So let’s get started:

  • Weight – 284.4 lbs
  • Neck – 18 in.
  • Bicep – 14.25 in.
  • Chest – 49 in.
  • Waist – 51 in.
  • Pant Line – 46.5 in
  • Thigh – 27 in.
  • Calf – 18.5 in.
