Sushi Pizza

You will need:

1 cup of cooked sushi rice
sakura denbu (optional)
2 mushrooms
1 clove of garlic
sesame oil
Fish (fresh or canned)
Nori (seaweed)
Fish Roe
Additional Toppings (optional)

If you want you can add Sakura Denbu to your rice.
This gives it a little bit of sweetness and flavor as well as a nice color.

Get your hands wet and form your rice into a large patty,
about the size of a personal pizza.
Brush both sides liberally with sesame oil.
Fry in a pre-heated pan, flipping once the outside is golden brown.

Once your rice patty is golden brown on each side,
remove from the heat and move it to your plate.

Next prepare your toppings.
This time I decided to go with a simple spicey tuna mix.
For the fish you can use whatever you want.

Cut your nori into thin strips.

Put it all together however you want, and it's done!

I love recipes like this because there are so many options and you can
put just about anything on it.
Try it out for yourself with your favorite healthy toppings!
